The Humanistic approach, is an umbrella term for counselling
approaches which values the relationship in the therapeutic encounter.
My theoretical orientation predominantly integrates Person-Centered (PC) and Gestalt perspectives into a cohesive approach, although I do draw on and embrace some existential concepts.
By combining my therapeutic models, I provide a unique approach for each client which will help you to gain insight into your issue, enabling you to bring about change
I always work with you as the focus, you are the expert on yourself, even if you don't believe it, therefore sessions are determined by
you and whatever you choose to bring, I have no agenda.
I offer both short and long term, face-to-face, On-line and Walk and Talk Therapy. sessions are 50 minutes, with regular reviews to discuss how you feel your therapy is progressing.
