We work together to address the underlying causes of your pain and related emotions and feelings that you maybe feeling, helping you to develop an increased understanding of your issues, self-esteem, confidence and your ability to cope and face the world.

My role as counsellor is to walk alongside you on your journey, encouraging you to look at all options and help you to realise your own strength.

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental supportive space and the opportunity for you to be able to talk about your situation and the issues that you bring.

Counselling will challenge you to explore fears and anxieties deeply, which can be a difficult process.
